MOVATI Athletic is proud to announce the launch of its new Stretch Studio, a dedicated space designed to help members enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, optimize performance, and accelerate recovery. This exciting addition reinforces MOVATI’s commitment to delivering a truly holistic fitness experience to the Ottawa market while continuing to innovate in the health and wellness space.

Now open at the MOVATI Barrhaven and Nepean Clubs, the Stretch Studio offers a range of services including one-on-one assisted stretching and access to other recovery tools such as Normatech compression boots, tailored for all fitness levels. Sessions are led by experienced Certified Fascial Stretch Therapists, providing members with guidance and support in a serene, focused environment designed to optimize movement and mobility.
