THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO THOSE WITH YOGA EXPERIENCE AND CATERS TO THOSE WHO AIM TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH BY GETTING STRONGER, ENHANCING RANGE OF MOTION AND BECOMING MORE CONNECTED TO THEIR SENSE OF INNER PEACE.
