Group Fitness Policy Now in Effect - any member who books a class and fails to attend a booked class three (3) times will be automatically suspended from booking any Group Fitness classes for a 14-day period. Those members who are suspended from reserving classes online may still attend a Group Fitness class as a walk in, if spots are available.

Small Group Studio
Experience the benefits of Personal Training in a Small Group environment with a 40 min circuit training style program where YOU design your own workout.Every session contains 12 new exercises intended to give you a full body workout. Each exercise is demonstrated by your Personal Trainer at the beginning of each class. Members can then move around the Studio creating their own workout experience at their own pace. If an exercise is too easy or too difficult, the Trainer will modify the movement to suit your needs. The goal of this class is to keep you safe, make you sweat and have fun!

Combine the total body conditioning with cardiovascular training. Exercises to get your heart pumping will be added to your muscular conditioning to make this a complete workout. Your instructor will provide you with options so that you can find the level of intensity that is right for you.

The class grows through breath work, standing and balancing static postures and floor work to stretch the muscles and connective tissue.
