Our Peace of Mind Promise is as follows:

  • Absolutely no money is due until the club opens for business; and,
  • if you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel your membership and get your money back up to 10 days AFTER the club opens for business.

Yes, all MOVATI memberships will give you unlimited access to all MOVATI Group Fitness classes. There are over 180 weekly group fitness classes which include hot yoga, Pilates, cycle and more! The class schedule will be available to view in Spring 2025, a few weeks before the club opens for business. Feel free to visit our website to see the type of class formats and schedules offered at other MOVATI locations.

Vacation privileges are included with our Select-Type membership, allowing members to freeze their membership twice per calendar year up to a total of 12 weeks. This is helpful if there are times of the year that you like to travel or cannot use your membership.

In addition to the newly designed and curated fitness spaces, MOVATI Albany will include many upgrades and added amenities. These include:

  • A New MOVATI Recharge Wellness Studio featuring private contrast therapy (cold plunge and infrared sauna), red light therapy, compression boots, and Fascial Stretch Therapy will be available as an add-on service;
  • A new Aquatics Space with a 25-metre pool and a new depth of 3.6” in the shallow end and 5” in the deep end for better lap swimming;
  • The pool deck will feature an integrated Chill Tub added next to the Hot Tub;
  • Larger saunas and steam rooms in the Men’s and Women’s changerooms. Plus, the saunas now feature rock heat for higher operating temperatures;
  • An upgraded Cycle Studio with improved lighting, sound system, and fans for a more immersive and energetic experience;
  • The Weight Floor is now 650 sq. ft. larger to allow for more equipment and space;
  • The Café and Lounge now includes self-contained soundproof Privacy Pods for uninterrupted calls or meetings; and,
  • New Members' Lounge to relax & connect with other members before or after a workout.

Once the MOVATI Albany Club opens for business, members with a Select-Type membership can use all MOVATI locations in Canada. However, until the Albany club opens for business, you will not be able to use other MOVATI Athletic locations.

MOVATI Albany is currently scheduled to open in Spring 2025.

If you do not wish to purchase your membership online, you can purchase your membership in person at the MOVATI Preview Centre, which will open on or about Monday, March 10th. That said, however, our best prices will only be available online before the MOVATI Preview Centre opens.

Yes, all clubs will have the same hours.

Yes, you can upgrade from our Classic to Select-Type membership to enjoy additional member perks including towel service, multi-club access, vacation privileges and guest passes! Changes to your membership can be made when the Preview Centre opens on or about March 10th or within the first 10 days of the club's grand opening. MOVATI Albany is currently scheduled to open in Spring 2025.
