Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Toppings of choice (Examples: 1. Banana, cinnamon and pecan 2. Banana, strawberry and almond butter 3. Chopped dates, slivered almonds and coconut flakes 4. Strawberries and blueberries)
Mason jars (or any containers with a lid)
Directions:
- Pour oats and chia seeds in jar
- Pour milk of choice on top
- Add greek yogurt into jar
- Add sweetener of choice into jar
- Stir mixture or add lid to mason jar and shake until all ingredients are combined. Taste to make sure it’s sweet enough for you and add more sweetener of choice if needed!
- Add toppings on top of oats
- Place in fridge and enjoy the next morning!
