TAUGHT IN THE HEAT THE PRACTICE FACILITATES DETOXIFYING AND DEEP STRETCHING, TAUGHT IN A COOLER ROOM AND THE PRACTICE FACILITATES STRUCTURAL CHANGE. BENEFICIAL FOR EVERY SHAPE, SIZE AND LEVEL OF ACTIVITY FROM TRIATHLETE, TO NEWBIE, FIRST TIME TO FIERCE YOGI.
