NUTRITION

WHAT YOU NEED (for 10 popsicles):
-A blender
-Popsicle molds
-1 cup Greek yogurt
-3 servings of fruit of your choice (peaches, bananas and berries)
-2 tbsp gelatine
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-4 scoops of protein powder
-Vanilla extract
-2 tbsp natural peanut butter
-1/2 avocado

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Blend until it’s creamy
-Pour mixture evenly into a popsicle mold
-Freeze overnight
-Enjoy
