Trying FUEL for the first time? No Problem. We’ve got you covered!
FUEL training is all about helping our members “Feel Comfortable, Feel Welcome and Feel Healthy” through an energizing small group workout lead by one of our personal trainers. Work side by side with your trainer in a small community of like-minded members for a semi-private personal training experience where you will improve your mobility, strength and conditioning. Each program runs 4 weeks at a time, with capacity for 4-8 members.
BEFORE YOU SWEAT
Our coaches will walk you through a full demonstration of the workout. Modifications for all exercises are offered to ensure that the workout is scalable for all fitness levels.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every FUEL session is different. Our programs are designed to keep you progressing each week.
10 min of mobility to help prep your body for the workout. Mobility will not only help improve flexibility, but it will also help you move and feel better, while limiting the chance of injury.
25 min of strength to help the body get stronger, while our coaches focus on teaching you the fundamentals of proper lifting technique. Strength training is essential for body fat reduction, boosting metabolism and adding lean muscle mass.
10 min of conditioning work at the end of each session will help maximize calorie expenditure and improve overall fitness levels.
WHAT TO BRING
A good pair of running shoes, comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle are all key to crushing your FUEL workout.
