Every Cycle class is an immersive and communal fitness experience led by knowledgeable and inspirational instructors. Our signature formats consistently offer music, lights, and high energy. Whether it be through a choreographed or goal oriented ride, this is where SWEAT and ENDORPHINS collide.

Be Prepared

You’ll be working up a sweat, getting that heart rate up. A good pair of running shoes, and/or cycling shoes (SPD clips), breathable workout clothes and a water bottle are key! Non-glass water bottle(s) and a hand towel is strongly suggested to keep you hydrated and comfortable.

Speed and Power
This signature ride has been created to deliver high quality, consistent, motivating and structured indoor cycling experiences with the following focal points in mind:

  • Uses a bike console and references metrics (Watts, RPM, Speed, Distance and Time)
  • Offers results driven, goal oriented profile designs;

Rhythm and Beats
This signature ride has been created to deliver high quality, consistent, motivating and structured indoor cycling experiences with the following focal points in mind:

  • Uses music and lights to create an immersive audiovisual experience;
  • Provides a full-body workout using light hand weights;
  • Offers Intention based mindful instruction through provoking experiences.

Cycle 101
Everything you need to know about Movati Athletic’s Indoor Cycling Program starts here! Movati Cycle 101 will focus on bike set up, how to read your console, proper technique and what to expect in our signature formats. (45 min ride)

On Time Policy
To assist you to feel welcome, was ask that you arrive with enough time to set up your bike as class begins promptly at the scheduled time. A detailed explanation of the bike set up, review of the ride profile and goals along with any special instructions are presented at the start of each class.


B – Basic B – Basic classes are gentle and modified workouts with no experience required. Additional instructions on safety, posture, equipment use and technique are given to build a solid foundation in your workout routine.E – EveryoneE – Everyone Welcome! Instructions of safety, posture, equipment use and technique are given while offering options that will work for a wide range of participants looking to build upon experience gained through BASIC classes.I/A – Intermediate/AdvancedI/A – Intermediate/Advanced classes are challenging in intensity with experience required. Reduced instructions and modifications are given in order to challenge the participant’s knowledge and technique gained through EVERYONE classes.
