This is the first stop on your journey to learning the beautiful, fun and strength building art of Aerial Hoop. Hoops will be set to a height that is accessible by sitting into the hoop. Class starts with a warmup and conditioning segment, followed by in hoop skills that are fun, exciting and IG photo worthy poses all put together in a beautiful flow. This class will prepare you with the important foundations to move on to higher levels. Please attend at least 4 Level 1 classes before trying 2 Aerial Hoop Level 2.
