MOVATI Barre Physique is a full body, barre fitness class that combines yoga and Pilates practices, using the alignment and positioning of ballet. Working with a neutral spine, this low impact class targets traditional problem areas, while increasing core and hip stability using light weights, resistance tubing, a 5” playball and a ballet barre. This class will fully fatigue each muscle group, leaving you energized and strengthened. This is a barefoot or sticky sock class.

This class is perfect for people who are looking to slow down and reconnect with their body and breathe through gentle Yoga poses in a soothing atmosphere. A softer style of Yoga focusing on alignment, proper positioning of joints and building body awareness. Finishing with a longer Savasana (final resting pose). Everyone, welcome! Please bring your Yoga mat. A strap and block(s) are also welcome.

In this class, you will get on & off an indoor cycling bike as you increase your stamina & your cardio-vascular with the spin portion of sprints, hills & drills ; Then get ready to strengthen with muscular conditioning for the sculpt piece . You'll leave this class feeling strong with a boost of endorphins!

Martial Arts Fitness adapted for people with disabilities/intellectual impairments. This class will help you improve your mobility, agility, reflexes, and cognition, while you learn the basics of Martial Arts and Self Defense adapted to meet you wherever you are on your journey. Best of all we will do this safely (no sparring) with joy and enthusiasm!
