PREREQUISITE – minimum of 4 Aerial Hoop Level 1 classes. 

In Aerial Hoop Level 2 we build on the foundations learned in our Level 1 classes. This class is open to those who have taken at least 4 Level 1 classes and are familiar with basic poses and entries to the hoop as well as the safety precautions. In this level, you will learn beautiful poses such as twisted arabesque, mermaid, angel and so much more! Here we continue to develop strength with conditioning exercises and then take all the skills learned to combine them into exciting flows. This is where your love for Aerial Hoop will really develop!

Hot Yoga uses heat as a powerful detoxifying element to positively impact the body throughout the practice. The class grows through breath work, standing and balancing static postures and floor work to stretch the muscles and connective tissue. Each posture is held for long enough that a student can find themselves in it and build both strength and ease while there. This class serves anyone who loves the intensity of the heat and a strong, peaceful practice.  Please bring your Yoga mat. A strap and block(s) are also welcome.

This is the first stop on your journey to learning the beautiful, fun and strength building art of Aerial Hoop. Hoops will be set to a height that is accessible by sitting into the hoop. Class starts with a warmup and conditioning segment, followed by in hoop skills that are fun, exciting and IG photo worthy poses all put together in a beautiful flow. This class will prepare you with the important foundations to move on to higher levels. Please attend at least 4 Level 1classes before trying Aerial Hoop Level 2.

Hot Yoga uses heat as a powerful detoxifying element to positively impact the body throughout the practice. A deeply healing, grounding practice where postures are held for extended periods of time. Students learn to lean into gravity to elicit decompression of connective tissue and release physical and energetic blockages. Taught in the heat the practice facilitates detoxifying and deep stretching, taught in a cooler room and the practice facilitates structural change. Beneficial for every shape, size and level of activity from triathlete to newbie, first time to fierce Yogi. Please bring your Yoga mat. A strap and block(s) are also welcome.

Anti-Gravity® Restorative is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of Anti-Gravity®. The weightlessness of your body provided by the hammock will deeply open the entire spine, hips, shoulders, and the connective tissues of the body. Each class features various forms of flowing spinal traction. Please bring your Yoga Mat. Long pants and wearing layers are recommended for your comfort in the silk hammock. Please remove your jewelry before this class.
