Hot Yoga uses heat as a powerful detoxifying element to positively impact the body throughout the practice. A masterful blend of challenge and peace. Half the class is spent in flow which builds strength and flexibility in the body and mind. The second half of the class is a sweet surrender into gravity in the style of our Yin classes. Please bring your Yoga mat. A strap and block(s) are also welcome.
