This is the first stop on your journey to learning the beautiful, fun and strength building art of Aerial Hoop. Hoops will be set to a height that is accessible by sitting into the hoop. Class starts with a warmup and conditioning segment, followed by in hoop skills that are fun, exciting and IG photo worthy poses all put together in a beautiful flow. This class will prepare you with the important foundations to move on to higher levels. Please attend at least 4 Level 1 classes before trying Aerial Hoop Level 2.

Develop the ultimate core strength and coordination with Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment of the spine. Benefits include improved core strength and stability, posture and balance, flexibility, and prevention of back pain.  Exercises can be progressed and regressed for all levels of fitness. Please bring your mat.

Hot Yoga uses heat as a powerful detoxifying element to positively impact the body throughout the practice. A deeply healing, grounding practice where postures are held for extended periods of time. Students learn to lean into gravity to elicit decompression of connective tissue and release physical and energetic blockages. Taught in the heat the practice facilitates detoxifying and deep stretching, taught in a cooler room and the practice facilitates structural change. Beneficial for every shape, size and level of activity from triathlete to newbie, first time to fierce Yogi. Please bring your Yoga mat. A strap and block(s) are also welcome.
