MOVATI Barre Physique is a full body, barre fitness class that combines yoga and Pilates practices, using the alignment and positioning of ballet. Working with a neutral spine, this low impact class targets traditional problem areas, while increasing core and hip stability using light weights, resistance tubing, a 5” playball and a ballet barre. This class will fully fatigue each muscle group, leaving you energized and strengthened. This is a barefoot or sticky sock class.

Students learn to lean into gravity to elicit decompression of connective tissue and release physical and energetic blockages. Taught in the heat the practice facilitates detoxifying and deep stretching, taught in a cooler room and the practice facilitates structural change. Aerial Hoop Level 1 (B)

This is the first stop on your journey to learning the beautiful, fun and strength building art of Aerial Hoop. Hoops will be set to a height that is accessible by sitting into the hoop. Class starts with a warmup and conditioning segment, followed by in hoop skills that are fun, exciting and IG photo worthy poses all put together in a beautiful flow. This class will prepare you with the important foundations to move on to higher levels. Please attend at least 4 Level 1 classes before trying Aerial Hoop Level 2. Please wear proper attire such as leggings and avoid loose clothing.
