Yoga Sculpt is a class that blends the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with an added challenge of strength training.  The focus of Yoga Sculpt is on building strength by the resistance of light weights enhancing flexibility, improving endurance and overall fitness, while incorporating traditional yoga poses and maintaining the meditative and mindful aspects of yoga.

Meditation has been proven to help ease the nervous system, quiet the mind, and improve sense of overall wellbeing. Members will learn to cultivate compassion and a non-reactive mind so then can see more clearly through the day-to-day stressors and mental noise and ultimately access a sense of internal peace. With a focus on choreography, experience the feeling of gracefully flying in the air with this core-focused, toning, full body workout that improves balance and stability. Please note there is a weight condition for this class – maximum of 275 lbs. Shoes are recommended for this class.
