Get ready for the ultimate rhythm showdown! Will the iconic hits of the 80s or the unforgettable anthems of the 90s take the crown?

Drum, sweat, and move through an energetic full-body workout featuring the biggest songs from both decades. Half the class is dedicated to the electric energy of the 80s, while the second half brings the unforgettable beats of the 90s. At the end, we'll crown the winning decade based on the class vote!

Dress Code (Optional):

  • 80s: Neon colors, leg warmers, headbands, denim jackets.

Hot Yoga uses heat as a powerful detoxifying element to positively impact the body throughout the practice. The class grows through breath work, standing and balancing static postures and floor work to stretch the muscles and connective tissue. Each posture is held for long enough that a student can find themselves in it and build both strength and ease while there.
